¾cupWater
tbsp Sugar
tsp Dry Yeast
¼cupHalf & Half
½cup Salted Butter
¼tsp Vanilla
½Tbsp Olive Oil
Tbsp Honey
¼tspVanilla
2w. Eggs
cups All-Purp Flour

  • Bloom the yeast with warm water, sugar, and yeast.
  • Combine melted butter, half & half, vanilla, olive oil, honey, eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to yeast mixture and mix until dough forms.
  • Knead on low speed for 5-8 minutes.
  • Oil a large bowl, place the dough inside and let rise for 2 hours.
  • Divide the dough, place on a baking sheet, and let rise for another hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F, brush the rolls with egg wash, and bake for 25 minutes.
