Bloom the yeast with warm water, sugar, and yeast.
Combine melted butter, half & half, vanilla, olive oil, honey, eggs in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to yeast mixture and mix until dough forms.
Knead on low speed for 5-8 minutes.
Oil a large bowl, place the dough inside and let rise for 2 hours.
Divide the dough, place on a baking sheet, and let rise for another hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F, brush the rolls with egg wash, and bake for 25 minutes.
