1 whole Apple
3 cups Cranberries
1 whole Orange
4 sprigs Rosemary
3 sticks Cinnamon
2 cans Ginger Ale and/or Beer
Cranberry juice
Red Wine Blend
Brandy

Prep the fruit:
  • Dice and slice the apple. Slice the orange.
  • Wash the cranberries.
Combine in a pitcher:
  • Add the apple, cranberries, orange slices, rosemary, and cinnamon sticks to a large pitcher. Stir gently.
  • Pour in the two cans of ginger ale.
  • Fill the rest of the pitcher with cranberry juice, leaving some room for additions when serving.
Chill:
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but ideally 3 hours for the best flavor infusion.
Serve:
  • To serve, fill a glass halfway with the sangria mix.
  • Add 2 ounces of red wine and 1 ounce of brandy.
  • Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig (optional).
