2 cups Water
1⅓cups Sugar
1 cup Molasses
40g Fresh Ginger
½ tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Barkington spice mix (or your favorite pumpkin pie spice)
½ tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Salt
1 or 2 Peels Orange

  1. Combine water, molasses, and sugar in a pan over medium heat.
