Chop garlic and onion, wash and trim spinach.
Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, onion, and salt. Cook until translucent.
Deglaze pan with wine, add parsley, pepper, and flour. Cook until nutty aroma.
Add cream, cook until boiling. Stir in parmesan cheese.
Add spinach, stir until desired texture.
Let cool, refrigerate for a few hours (optional).
Reheat, top with mozzarella, parmesan, and maybe fried onions (optional).
